On September 22, the opening ceremony of 2019 Hunan International Cultural and Tourism Festival was held in Mangshan Mountain, Yizhang County. The County Volunteer Federation actively participated to provide advice and materials for tourists in tourist attractions, and wholeheartedly served the tourism festival.

According to the requirements of division of labor, the service points of the County Volunteer Federation were located in Tiantai Mountain and Wuzhi Peak, which are more than 1900 meters above sea level. From the tourist service center, they would climb more than 2000 meters, all of which are steep steps. Volunteers carried the water and bread to the service point in the scorching sun. They went back and forth for more than two hours, sweat soaked their clothes and blinded their eyes, but they still stood at various service points with a smile, enthusiastically providing advisory services for tourists, guiding tourist routes, providing drinking water and other materials.

The beautiful scenery was in front of them, but the volunteers can't enjoy it. On the 22nd day, volunteers provided more than 3,000 consultations to tourists at 7 volunteer service points in Tiantai Mountain and Wuzhi Peak Scenic Spot, which were highly praised by tourists both at home and abroad, fully demonstrating Yizhang's volunteer demeanor and service spirit.
